Review: 10to8 - Booking System
Sometimes, We have a hard time keeping track of our daily routines, especially when running a coaching business. It's easy to lose track of last-minute meeting changes or overbookings, which might result in annoying phone calls or emails.
I often get asked which online scheduling app I recommend for coaches. I have tried 4 apps and in this post, I'll share a scheduling tool called 10to8. I'll go over the pros and cons of it and let you decide if it's any good for you.
Through this software, Appointments can be scheduled, canceled, or rescheduled as needed by clients. Users' calendars are automatically synced and 10to8 integrates with Gmail, Outlook, iCal, and other services. If required, users can keep track of numerous calendars. Reminders may be sent through email or text message and users can save notes, surveys, and other client information.
What I liked about 10to8 is that along with scheduling, you get the choice to also automate SMS text messages to clients. However, I had problems setting it up. The calendar set-up to use the booking system didn't work right away. This system seemed a bit more work to set up but includes enough features to grow and scale a coaching business.
Although there was some initial setup work to be done, it was nothing too difficult or that anyone with a basic understanding of technology couldn't handle!
